I have weaknesses when it comes to food. Well when it comes to lots of different things I have weaknesses, but food is a big one.
I love cheese.
I love fried foods.
I love crisps.
I love take aways.
I love cake (with a passion).
I love cream and creamy things like sauces.
I love fattier cuts of meat like belly pork.
I love biscuits.
I love restaurant meals.
I just love food.
However, some foods love me a bit too much, hence being 6-7 stone overweight, and some hate me because they react in my digestion and cause wind, IBS and sickness.
I avoid chocolate and oranges for my migraines and henceforth, I must start avoiding the following too, for my tummy’s sake (and my confidence levels and embarrassment sake):
Wheat (bread, pasta, cakes, biscuits etc)
And aforementioned oranges and chocolate.
It’s going to be a hard slog, and i know i’m going to find it impossibly hard, but I must make it work. I HAVE to make it work.
Do you have any hints or tips for me?
