more drawstrings

Yup I’ve got the bug!  This morning I made 2 drawstring bags after reading Cath Kidson’s little book “Vintage.”  It suggests drawstring bags as a practical and fun way to store rice and pasta.  How could I ignore such wisdom?  I love the idea of making wholesome stuff for daily use.

Ok so I used Thomas the Tank fabric – but hey!  Everyone loves that cute engine right?  Well we’ll see when Sim gets home – tomorrow night!  SQUEE!  Very exciting.  Must tidy and hoover up the thread ends though… Can’t wait for him to come home.  I hope he doesn’t mind if i demand lots of cuddles, snuggles, and fabric time… 😉
