life, love and knitting

I’m trying to learn makaton to help the kids coming into my class communicate.  The woman who trained me (basic basic!) was so amazing at it, she instinctively signed as she spoke.  It was awe inspiring.  Currently I feel like I’m flapping about in a charades competition – I’m hoping things will get better!
